Mireuk temple stone pagoda

 

Mireuk Temple was the largest temple in the Baekje period, and Mireuk temple stone pagoda is the granite pagoda, National Treasure No. 11.

Photographs taken before 1997 have collapsed for many years, leaving only about half the stone pagoda in existence.

It was also the oldest stone pagoda of Baekje.

However, the stones of that time were dismantled and collected in one place, and they were rebuilt.

The first picture is restored to the shape that remains collapsed and the second one is completely restored to the 9th floor.

It is still under construction, and it is said that you will be able to see the complete Mireuk Temple Stone Pagoda and the surrounding area by next year.

Genesis 1:11~20

11. Then God said, " Let the land produce vegetation: seed

12. Then God said, " Let the land produce vegetation: seed- bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds.  " And it was so.

13. And there was evening, and there was morning- the third day.

17. God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth,

18. to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good.

19. And there was evening, and there was morning- the fourth day.

20. And God said, " Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky."

Genesis 1 recorded the steps of God's heaven and earth creation.

Don't you think these steps are strange?

On the first day, the  Lord created light, but on the fourth day, how do you make the sun, the  moon and  stars?

Because light comes from the sun.

Will you just believe it because it is the God's Almighty?

This contains spiritual meanings using the creation of heaven and earth in the natural world.

Boiled seeds

A king of a country wanted to know the honesty of his servants.

The king  prepared the boiled seeds and distributed them to his servants.

"They're very beautiful flower seeds.

Try your best to blossom for a month."

All the servants carefully planted and nurtured them.

However, no matter how much good fertilizer they put into them and put their heart into them, there was not likely that the boiled seeds would sprout.

At the king's deadline, the servants began to gather at the palace.

But all the servants had beautiful flowers planted in flower pots in their hands.

Because the boiled seeds did not grow, the servants  planted and brought other seeds.

But one of them brought an empty flower pot that had not grown at all.

The king asked the servant.

"Why did you bring an empty flower pot?"

Then the servant answered the king's question honestly.

"I planted the seeds and put my heart into them, but somehow they didn't sprout.

But this was the result of my best effort, so I had no choice but to bring it as it was."

Rather than acting only for good results to achieve one's goal, we should recognize the right and wrong of something, act honestly with a clean mind, and be faithful.

Honesty will have a positive impact on life in the future, even if the immediate results are not as good as expected.

2. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the spirit of God was hovering over the waters.


3. And God said, " Let there be light, " and there was light.


4. God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.


5. God called the light " day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning- the first day.

6. And God said, " Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water."

7. So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.

8. God called the expanse " sky." And there was evening, and there was morning- the second day.

Countries exhausted from Covid-19 are in the throes of vaccinating for Covid 19.

In the meantime, the Bible, in which the word of life is recorded, is drawing
attention as a result that it can become a vaccine for our souls.

A recent study by a university's Institute of Religious Studies found that reading
the Bible reduces depression and anxiety anger caused by prolonged Corona 19.

It is also said to have reduced post-traumatic stress disorder and reduced
thoughts such as avoidance, anxiety and anger and suicidal ideation.

The fact that the Bible is an important source of emotional, spiritual, physical and
spiritual healing.
